Why is health coaching important to people experiencing various health issues linked to food?
Let me start off by saying that I am not a nutritionist or a dietician. As a health coach, we take a journey from where you are (well-being or lack of ) to how you want to feel. Do you want to feel energized? Know what foods can make you feel lethargic? What about cravings?
What will a health coach do for you and how will you benefit?
For those of us who want to feel good or sustain a healthy lifestyle, it is important that you are committed and accountable to that goal. Just like an athlete needs a coach, so do you. I often hear people say ” I know what to do to lose weight” but they are not committed to the process. Many are under the impression that it is pointless and if that is the goal, it is impossible to achieve. Well, not if you have a health coach.
